As transparency is at the core of our values, we have listed all of our fees that apply to our tenants below. There are no extra or hidden charges.
Please note that agency (administration) fees are banned by the government and we do not charge any such fees before the start of your tenancy.
We are members of the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association), The Property Redress Scheme (ombudsman), and the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).
